Submit a Referral

A Referral is qualifying someone as to their desire and readiness to buy. When you have confirmed that person is ready to buy, it is a Referral and that person is expecting you to call.

A Lead is someone who needs your product or service but the person passing on the information has not qualified them (or contacted them) as to being ready and willing to buy your product or service. When they have an unqualified need, it is a Lead.
